I designed Ease, a responsive web app addressing the mental health crisis among young people aged 14–24, framed by the lack of systemic efficiency in social prescribing. With 1 in 6 young people now facing mental health issues and long NHS waiting times, I wanted to provide instant, non-medical support through creative engagement, connecting users to activities, social groups, and resources that improve wellbeing.

I created Ease to empower young people, enabling them access creative opportunities, track moods, join peer circles, and access verified information while measuring the impact of creative interventions. Partnering with museums and universities, I developed an MVP ready for research and funding, iterating features with users to ensure autonomy, relevance, and immediate support—bypassing slow, complex referral systems while generating actionable data.
