 As a UX researcher and Product Designer, I worked with Product Lead Eva Liparova to come up with an online solution for Projekt Europa to address inequity and systemic bias in casting migrant theatre creatives. We investigated ways for creatives to showcase their skills authentically, build connections with peers and casting directors, and gain fairer access to opportunities in the UK theatre sector.


Alongside the team, I conducted surveys, interviews, and focus groups with creatives and casting directors, and led the product design, translating insights into wireframes, design direction, and core features. The platform prioritises dynamic profiles, knowledge resources, job listings, and networking tools, designed to empower creatives, challenge tokenism, and support structural change while making it easy for users to maintain visibility and connections across the industry.
